The world of marketing your products or services has dramatically changed in just the last 10 years. You can have direct conversations to your potential customers just by signing on to Twitter or FaceBook or MySpace. Isn't it always better to reach your customers in person than to shout out to them in an expensive ad?
Unfortunately, corporate America may never realize the marketing power of this medium...but what if they could? What would it take for these and other conglomerates to realize that we aren't listening to Madison Avenue anymore and come down to main street to kibitz?
